Boiled Eggs
Preparation time: 180 minutes

Ingredients
1/4 cup of soysauce
1 cup of water
4 eggs
1 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
2 cloves of garlic (crushed and minced)
Instructions
Boil enough water to cover the top of 4 eggs.
Poke a small hole in the eggs with a toothpick or a pushpin so they won't crack when boiled.
Put the eggs in the boiling water for 5-7 minutes for soft boiled eggs.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a plastic bag.
Peel the eggs and submerge them in the marinade for 3 hours.
Enjoy!
Sausage Fried Rice
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Total time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
4 cups of cooked rice
1 cup of chopped onions
2 eggs
3 chinese sausage links
soysauce to taste
1 clove of garlic (crushed and minced)
Instructions
Fry onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add rice, sausages and eggs. Stir well.
Wait until eggs are fully cooked.
Mix soysauce in. Constantly taste.
Enjoy!
Spicy Korean Ramyun
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
1 packet of korean ramen (Shin, Shin Black, Jin, Samyang are some brands)
1 egg
1 chopped green onion
1 slice of processed/American cheese
1 handfull of rice cakes
1 tablespoon of dukkbokki sauce (optional)
Instructions
Boil ramen and rice cakes until soft.
Strain.
Boil enough water to cover rice cakes and ramen.
Add ramen broth packet, and optional dukkbokki sauce.
When the water returns to a boil, add ramen and dukkbokki.
Add the egg and green onion. Wait for the egg whites to set.
Add the cheese. Wait for it to melt.
